Do you wonder what happen when you intravenously administer a drug that's formulated for oral use? I can guess that it's improper. Just a guess... But to make it sure, I did it. Then the patient died, a lab rat.
Today, we tested the effect of captopril to a hypertensive rat, intravenously. Then I am sorry for my self, and of course, for the rat.

Hemmm....sedikit berkomen nih Da, kalo dosis oral kan dirancang harus melewati banyak barrier,( membran usus ke pembeluh darah), sehingga dosisnya pasti lebih tinggi dari pada dosis oral. jika diberikan obat oral lgsg ke iv, bisa jadi TOKSIK karena dosisinya lebih bessuaaarrr dari yg iv...jd hewan ujinya hipotensi deehh, matii deh...
